“Sports Moms”, looking for a healthy and easy recipe to come home to, this bison pot roast will have you eating it for days.

Ingredients:
- 3 lb buffalo roast
- 2 medium onions (quartered)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 2 large carrots
- 2 large celery stalks
- salt, pepper and seasonings to taste
Cooking Directions:
Preparation:
Place frozen bison roast in crock-pot. Add seasoning, salt and pepper to 1 cup of water and pur over roast on pot. Add vegetables. Cook on low setting about 8-12 hours or until roast is fork tender Remove from crock when done and allow to set for 5 minutes before slicing.
***You can make gravy if you like from the drippings and serve with mashed potatoes.
Hint-For a one-pot meal, add 4 medium potatoes to the crock-pot at the beginning of the process and serve the drippins as au jus style gravy.
