Ingredients:
- 1-2 buffalo briskets
- BBQ sauce
Cooking Directions:
Using a rectangle cake pan, layout the buffalo brisket, then add water so the water covers the pan about 1/4 inch and touches the brisket but does not flood over them.
Pour on a 16oz jar of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cover with foil and bake on 225 for 8 hours. You can also cook a small brisket in a crock pot with a little water on the bottom and tons of BBQ sauce on the top.
The brisket will then easily flake, shred or slice, so you can pile it on a hoagie bun for great BBQ Buffalo sandwiches
