Looking to grill, try out our flank steak, perfect for adding to salads.

- 1 bison flank steak
- 4 fresh limes
- all season spice with garlic
Sprinkle and rub the flank steak with the spice. Cut the limes in 1/2. Place steak in a shallow Tupperware container and squeeze 3 limes over it. Slice one lime in thin slices and lay on steak. Close lid and refrigerate over night and turn steak once. BBQ on high for 6 minsutes per side for med-rare. Placing the limes on the top. Slice cross the grain at a 45-degree angle and make them thin. Serve with the lime on top. You can also broil for 5 minutes per side.
