Ingredients:
- 1 Bison chuck roast
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups green beens
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3-4 cups water
Cooking Directions:
- Place frozen (or partially thawed) chuck roast in the bottom of a crock-pot. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, green beans, salt and pepper.
- Add 3-4 cups of water, depending on preferred amount of broth, and cook for 8-10 hours on low setting.
- Serve with your favorite biscuits.
This recipe is great because you can do the prep the night before and add ingredients to the crock-pot the next morning and cook. By the time you you come home from work, you will have a delicious meal waiting for you!
