- Sirloin Tip Roast
- Spanish rice, Flour Tortillas, Sour Cream
Start with a sirloin tip roast.
Take out the crock-pot and spray it with non-stick spray. Then add 24-32 oz of your favorite salsa.
Cook it on low in the crock all day.
The flavor of your salsa will cook into this tender buffalo roast and it will be so tender you will be able to cut it with a fork.
We suggest serving it with Spanish rice, flour tortillas and sour cream. You can eat it like fajitas. This is truly the simplest roast recipe ever; and anything remaining can be made into fantastic minestrone soup!
Remember: If you don’t have a crock-pot, you can always cook our crock pot buffalo roast recipes in the oven all day on 200-225.
