Easy rib recipe.

- 2 packs of short ribs
- 16oz jar of barbecue sauce (We like Arnold’s Market brand)
Start with two packages of short ribs.
Using a rectangle cake pan, or a slow cooker with a temperature guage, layout the ribs (meaty side up), then add water so te water covers the pan about 1/4 inch and touches the ribs but does not flood over them.
Pour on a 16 oz jar of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cover with foil (or lid) and bake on 225 for 8 hours.
We serve with baked beans, coleslaw, fresh pineapples and strawberries.
So tender, the rib meat will just fall off the rib bones!
